I have no idea, I do not own a cobalt. Google would probably tell you. If it is offered by GM and is covered under the warrenty then hey have them fix it. Or design a new manifold.

GM stage 2, warranty covered goes from a 3.3" pulley down to a 3". Also larger injectors (36# to 42.5#) and a GM reflash tune. However custom tune/injectors/pulley does not hold up for warranty. Also has to be installed by dealer if Im not mistaken.

And yes, once the ringlands were shot on the piston, she sounded like a Subey.
