most say this site is pretty sweet. brings all types of car enthusiest together. I drive a 08 vw rabbit. not much done to it yet but some WRD lowering springs and a carbonio intake. i am looking to do much more to it here n the very near future tho. my plans are to, install a much tighter suspension for better cornering, a C2 turbo kit, stainless steal borla exhaust, C2 or Revo chip/ or direct port, and of course some much need wheel and tire upgrade not sure on what brand or type. i wanna spend about 10 to 15 thousand and have about 350 to 400 hp at the wheels. not sure where to go for help, parts, or tuning. if any one has any info at all please let me know? thanx bunches

i dont want to have a outragest amount of horse power. i really want the car to be fast, yet well balanced. plus its a small car lol i dont need alot of horses. not sure how much it will cost me at all tho. i would like to see 500 whp but the c2 turbo kit alone is 5000 bucks, suspension im looking at 3000, the chip is 350, wheels and tires not real sure yet, exhaust im looking at about 800. the car is still new so finding the parts suck as well do the prices.

Yeah, I would start by getting everything besides the turbo kit--do all the prep work and see how it is, see if you REALLY need that much power. Yeah it's cool to have, but for most people it isn't necessary for what they do with the car. A good rule of thumb I go by is that if you double the base whp of a car, you've got balls. If you triple it, they aren't balls anymore, they're bean bags that you sit on.
