I bought the car in Dec of 2013
In Jan 2014 It was sent back to Shelby
and transformed into a
Signature Edition Ford Shelby GT500 Super Snake
It went from 660HP - 850
Some of the stuff that was changed or added was
3.6 Kenne Bell Supercharger
Forged Weld Wheels with Signature Edition center caps
Shelby Performance cooling package with a new radiator, heat exchanger and aluminum cooling tanks
Upgraded rear brakes
Tires were changed to Michelin Super Pilots
I'm looking forward to taking it to the track at some point
last year before the upgrade I was able to get
a 12.3 127MPH before the upgrade

Sounds super fun now. How long was the process to change/add the new stuff? Couple months or so?

It was Sent out to Vegas about the middle of Jan. just before most of the snow started I got it back around the first of April.
I haven't been able to do to much fun stuff yet
they also changed out the rear end and had a break in period to do
almost ready now
looking forward to see what I can do at Epping this year.

Very nice, super snake package is bad ass. Besides the power a lot of cool badges and plates added. I didn't realize they were still doing that with the new ones. I have only seen one in person .

May be a little far for you but there is a great cruise night in Nashua that a bunch of us go to almost every Friday . It's at Target on 101a. 150+ cars every week.

In December Shelby Announced A special "Signature Edition Super Snake" they will only be doing 50 of these Mine is Number 29 of 50
