    'Merican Made

What's up everyone. Figured I'd introduce myself. My name is Derek. My current project is a 1999 Camaro SS. Full bolt on car, tuned by Slowhawk. 61k miles. Ls1/T-56. 340rwhp/350ftlbs tq on a mustang dyno. I'll get some better pics up later. All you photo junkies get a crappy cell pic for now

^Sadly my former MGB was totaled last August when one of my idiot neighbors slammed into it with her Toyota Camry while it was parked in front of my house(insurance cut me a check for $7200 though). Still, that car was a lot of fun considering the brief time I had it. I plan to get another one,the tricky part is I gotta sell my truck first!lol

Here's the replacement MGB I was looking at.

That's too bad. That '80 looks clean. Steal for $5k. I'll try to dig up some pictures. The B my grandfather had I believe was a '63.

Yeah,my previous B was a 1975 50th Anniversary Edition. Burgundy/Maroon with a black top and interior. I had sunk a $#!+load of money into its overhaul when I had first bought it. New alternator, fuel tank, fuel pump, steering rack, convertible top and clutch. The valves were readjusted and the engine was given a tune-up and oil change(approximately $6000 worth of work). The previous owner had replaced the original Stromberg carburetor with a Weber sidedraft unit. I have a couple of pics of the car on here somewhere.
