Is that scoop delete solid or mesh? If its mesh Id be worried about getting some pressure in your engine bay from the windshield. Also do you have a boost overlay for your dyno graph? I didnt see an upgraded turbo on your mod list but I thought the stock VFwhatever hit a lot earlier than that.

It's a common mod on subarus and I haven't heard of anyone having any kind of issue with it.

As for the Dyno, I jut bought there car so I don't know what was happening with it. When I drove it, it spoiled very quickly and drove very well.
