You can chose to upload them to a third party website, such as imgshack.com

Get the image link, and in your post tools, there is a little picture icon, click it, paste the image link and bam, picture will be uploaded.

You can use Facebook for pictures too. That's the easiest so you don't have to make an account with photobucket or something.

Do you see how that address does not end in a file format? (ie. .jpg, .gif, .png, etc) That could be your problem right there.

If the pictures are on your computer you need to use a site like imageshack, photobucket, Flickr or if you have uploaded them to your Facebook it will basically do the same thing. I see you posting FB links so I'm guessing they are up there already, your just copying the wrong URL.

Right click the full size picture you want (not the thumbnail) , click properties and copy the complete URL address from there. Come back here and click the IMG icon , delete the http/: that is there and paste your copied URL .

Note: if you don't remove the http befor posting it won't work because you already have http copied in the URL.
