i really regret selling the car now, for the fact that i miss it, and it could have gone to a much better home wether it be used for parts or as the driver it was meant to be. had a few ppl (supra0089 being one) that wanted things and i sold it to some dumbass highschooler who blew it up within a week.

This one looked like an interesting starting point. http://boston.craigslist.org/nos/cto/2607601157.html I bet the issue he speaks of is the turbo and not the rings though - the rings would be simple to test for.

I've been stalking this one...you should get it for your 2jz swap:http://www.supramania.com/forums/sho...-Gray-Interior I was considering getting it for a track car...but it would be painful to strip such a clean mk3.

OP: Sorry for highjacking...I blame Barkz

Are you looking for a supra? I would love to help you find one. What is your budget? I know a couple of guys willing to part with their builds...and you could really get a nice jump from where they are.

It's an amazingly clean black mk3 hardtop, but its a 7mge...which is good since it could go for less than 3k, and it would be ready for a 1j/2jz swap

Nah, I was just responding to barkz. My phone alerts me whenever anything Supra related goes on Craigslist and I saw that one a couple of days ago.

Honestly, I know there are better starting points for a build but this one has sentimental value to me.

Here was my last restoration project:
