Lol, I couldnt imagine... the big selling point for that car was the built motor and now its just a shell. Did your car come with / have knock sensors hooked up? That should of atleast helped you a little bit in that situation by killing off some excessive timing even if it was inevitable.. you were only running like 15 PSI on the stock turbo so it wasent like you were boosting to the moon

Yeah they have knock sensors. If they were working who knows haha. And also who knows how that works with the srs vtc.

And the big selling point was the built motor and the fact that if something like this ever happened I could get almost all my money back from the car in parts. Theres alot of money in parts and I may just part out the drivetrain.

Im looking at a rb26 this weekend. I may pick that up and part it out and hopefully save some money and end up with something much more desireable.

We will see I have to get a daily though getting to work is a PITA joe. But i have a sentra thats been at the shop since spring I can go pick up.

        we shall see.

Car is being dropped off at fujiispl. Should be back together by late november and hopefully on alexs dyno in december. Gt2871r 740cc injectors. I really am looking to.hit 400whp on this turbo any hints or ideas? I have military grade heatwrap and also tons of ceramic coating. I'm going to switch my throttle body out with a q45 90mm. Any other ideas to squeeze a bit more out of the turbo?

i think the 28 will be running at its max efficiency to hit 400whp. it will probably be better off running a gt30

Ill settle for 360 I'm just shooting for 400 if I try to hit 400 and fail thats fine. I know multiple people who have hit 400 on s13 srs with stock manis. I think if I wanted I could do it the real limiting factor is the t25 flange you can only push so much air past it. I'm going to try to open that up a tiny bit.
