thanks guys. been debating a full cap for the bed. sleeping in there with it closed is like a coffin but you wake up in an oven.

Some kind of pop up could be cool that way it would still look the same when closed. Since most caps don't really look cool. Could just attach canvas to the one you have now with a door on the end, then you could leave it tipped up and sleep in it and still be enclosed.

funny you should mention that. I actually have a tent already cut up to work exactly that way where the door will exit at the tailgate, its just been 3 years and i still havent tracked down the 50ft of velcro i'm going to need or started sewing the pieces together. still debating it but who knows.

i dont love the look of full caps either but it would just be so much more effective to transport things. right now its like having a huge ass trunk an no back seat lol
