They have people called flaggers in the construction world and they are there for a reason. Plus its common sense to slow down and pay attention in a construction zone. If someones not then there's not much anybody or cops can do...You're telling me when you drive by a construction zone and see you staties just sitting in their cars or standing on the side of the road doing nothing that they are protecting and serving?This forum is terribleComment
