      Yes and no.

      For 2005, there were changes.

      Updated suspension (7mm lower).
      Stiffer sways (F+R on S and just the front on base)
      Quicker steering ratio.
      Better braking system.
      Larger wheels (17" vs 16").
      Increased body rigidity.
      Subframe engine damper added.
      Front and rear bumpers and grill were changed.
      Headlight and tail lights changed.
      Seats were more heavily bolstered.

      For 2006, there were more changes.

      Intake and exhaust changed on the Type S, increasing power from 200hp@7400 to 210hp@7800.
      Front strut bar was increased in size.
      Spoiler was changed.
      Final drive was lowered and the synchros were changed from brass to carbon on 5th and 6th gear.
