It's how its been since we started nominating other people, 2 years now? We have the preliminary round and the 3 go to finals. The 3 three that go to finals, the winner is done for the year and the other 2 can't be nominated for 3 months. In the case where we don't have 2 rounds because not enough cars were nominated I ignore that rule and allow the others to be re nominated.You ain't got no chance to beat it..like a man with no hands and a one inccchhhh .

If this.gets done on time there won't be 4 again. We normally do a sudden death tie breaker but we were already so far behind it was easier to just have 4 finalists rather then push it another 2-3 days .
