December 2013 Car of the Month Winner!

Congratulations to Jon and his 1989 Toyota Supra Turbo for winning December Car of the Month!

For anyone who doesn't know my history with this car, let's just say it's been a long and arduous journey with lots of payoff. Here is the breakdown of what's been done, and let your imagination take over for the rest.

    The Baseline:

I've been through three motors...with the most recent motor being built by Scott at Ballistic. Every...I mean every part, hose, belt, line, wire, sensor, etc. etc. is either upgraded or brand new. The platform, including transmission, is built to handle upwards of 700whp with the intention of running somewhere between 450-500whp reliably; hopefully forever.

Thank you kidcrash603 for the nomination. Thanks for all of your votes and support everyone! It was a great, heart pumping race to the end! Great run with Brackett503, HeatherLynn90, and barkz !

Great show Barkz also for being the only guy to vote for someone else in the finals!

I also want to acknowledge Ballistic Motorsports, OVRBST, and Russell's Transmission for helping me get it back on the road this year; Especially Scotty.

Upgrades planned for the near future: New aero front lip (already arrived), clear corner turn signals, and fine tuning the tranny computer this year now that we got the kinks worked out.

Next winter going to look at T4 turbo setup good for 600whp...but probably keep it tuned conservatively for 500whp

Winter 2016 going to repaint it FRS Firestorm Red!
