Alex request some PAR's and ASR's from the GCA on arrival, spread the word to the whole fleet I'm in my finals training in the GCA and want to talk to more than say 1-2 planes a DAY! Heck you can just ignore me and fly the ILS I just want the work LoL!

Yes sir I am indeed back, actually been back since mid December.

Doing my year tour of on the job training out at Pease mon-fri, been keeping me very busy, lots of studying, but no complaints!

It's been YEARS since I did a PAR approach, but I'll request one next time we have a few extra minutes.

You the one I can blame for having the wrong LOC antenna selected a month back?
My FO's fault for not ID'ing it right I suppose.

If you're serious about the PAR request, I'll send an E-mail out to the company. Give me your name and hours you're working and I'll try to get you a little more action. Make sure it's ok with the rest of the controllers over there though. I don't want them to wonder why all the Alpha Fox's are asking for PAR's, then get chewed out.

It's towers job to swap the LOC- not us LoL.

I'm the only one currently in Finals training, I get them all during training unless its IFR weather. The other apprentice controllers working arrival and assist would love the training as well- its been DEAD lately! We're there when the GCA is open 8am-345pm.
