i didn't drive it through a pond. im not even talking about that issue. i'm going off of everything breaking after buying the car... exhaust, suspension, clutch, ect... i get the car not running no more is from water from that huge rain storm that was some how my fault. im not putting that blame on him

I really dont think XXTUNING would do a piss poor job building it. Also the (kid)
you are talking about only put about 3,200 miles a year on it. He wouldnt even drive it when it rained (funny if you ask me). besides havent you put almost 26,000 miles on it since you bought the car. I really am not trying to be a dick but everything you listed is directly related to a bad driver. Anyway a car like that is going to be high maintance mods typically mean more work, just saying if you didnt want the headache you should of bought a stock vehicle

              2009 - 2006 = 3 years
              3 X 3,200 = 9,600 miles
im pretty sure when i bought it it had a lil more than that. try again

please explain how a header cracking along the bead has anything to do with my driving skills?

i understand how clutch and suspension can wear due to driving style, but i haven't even started really driving it yet. i was in my break-in period for the few months, then i got a few more months of basically winter driving, and i haven't been able to touch it since.

and this wouldn't be a "headache" if when buying the car, the dealership was a lil more... idk... truthfull about things.

Did you not look at the car fax when you bought the vehicle, there are three owners (the kid you speak of) is the second owner
(yes that makes you the third)so it already had about 27,000 miles on it

Did you not read the car fax when you bought your car the (kid) you refer to bought it used with 27/29,000 miles on it (yes that makes you the third owner) so yes I tried again sorry man I just can't sit back and let you blame him or the build I just really feel its all pretty normal on this vehicle and or related to the driver. Either way have you called east coast swappers for a price on an engine they sell them and I hear pretty reasonable to as long as you plan on installing it, if they install I hear it gets pricey Þ

i know... im sorry im just taking all this out on whatever i can cuz this has been stressfull and i don't mean to be a dick. if my insurance doesn't cover the cost of a new engine i'll be going to someone for a new engine. and slowly put it together myself. that or i'll be in contact with scotty cuz i hear he wants to get his hands on it depending on prices that is
