I need rust repair help near Londonderry

who can help me repair some rust around my windshield. wind shield needs to be removed to fix so a garage would be required. i could probably talk my girlfriends mom into putting her beetle outside for a few days to get this done. who can help me out. i will try to post up some pics tonight.

Might consider calling like portland glass or triumph auto glass and ordering a new winshield. They will come and remove your old one and reinstall the new one... and if one breaks along the way, they cover it. If you are well prepared, you could fix the problem before they install the new glass....

well the windshield is already cracked so no problem with me takeing it out. some kevlar gloves and then get to work. i have just never repaired rust before so i was nervous tackling this myself.

Piano wire, or really thin wire works to cut through the seal to remove the old one without making a mess.
