who was at sullys friday night that saw me get pulled over cause they are trying to get me for street racing even though there wasnt a car any where near me if some one saw me get pulled over please post i need a witness for court i have been pulled over about 16 times in the past 6 months so any help would be greatly appreciated

you don't need to have an opponent to be street racing. you were flying by in a modified car with other cars that were modified around you. sucks but its the truth, especially with the amount of racing that happens on that road, i doubt you can prove otherwise.. and im pretty sure you can't have a witness in traffic court...

um false? That would be considered reckless driving, not "street racing" and yes before you say it, i understand they are techinally under the same RSA. you cant race someone that isnt there to race.

a race is a contest of speed and timing from one place to another. you don't have to have another person to get it. and it isnt the same RSA. wreckless is 265 79 racing is 265 75. totally different statutes, actually. racing is a violation with no minimum penalty (though they will charge something) and wreckless has a minimum fine of 500 dollars and a mandatory loss of license.

no kidding i use to be like that now i wish i was alot smarter with my driving.
i was VERY lucky to get my current job with my poor driving record
also my insurance is still very high and will be for at least 5 more years
i pay at least a grand a year more than most of my friends and that money would be very useful in getting a house of my own
i'd say tickets+insurance+rmv fees+lawyers-lost days pays in court=over $15,000

excellent so its not the same...so therefore you cannot be streetracing with no other canidate. try and prove that wrong in court please, I have talked to a cop about the same thing. You cant.

speeding racing street racing rekless opp pulled over 16 times, dosent matter its all the same he pretty much screwed the pooch on this one, and really do you think they will really care the fact is you were doing way above the limit and you got caught your getting a ticket and really have no room to argue with what is what, im actually surprised we didnt see the car coming back on a flatbed to the pound

I here you on the getting pulled over... I get followed almost every day and I drive the speedlimit or less every place I go, my car is modified but within the laws.
I got followed for 2 miles with the cop maybe 1ft from my bumper 3 weeks ago so I had my lawyer write the town a letter on my behalf stating that they are harassing me. I recieved a letter of appoligy from the Chief of Police and a statement saying they will notify the officers not to follow someone in a modified car unless they know there is a violation...
Now I just gotta get the other town right next to me to stop doing it. I have the same problem in Freeport(town that I wrote), Cumberland(town I live in) and Falmouth. EVERY OTHER TOWN AROUND ME HAS NO ISSUES. I have been stopped over 20 times in falmouth for lights being out when none of them have been out. I now have a dash cam and I am making a tape for the towns that do this and hope I can get the officers (same 2 in Falmouth) fired .

Oh and I haven't had a speeding ticket for 4 years nor have I had anyother tickets.

Cops are cops. If you dont want attention, buy a minivan and dont Mod it. End of story. Quit bitching because you have a completely not stock car that you, at your own descretion put money into. If you were modding your car and felt that you wouldnt ever get bother, please put your cars back to stock because you have other things you should learn before that.
