Loudon cop, WTF!
So this morning I was on my way to a job interview in Loudon and I was driving down this back woods tiny ass road. I was doing about 25 because I was lost, the speed limit was 30. A cop was coming the other way and was eye-fuc*ing the sh*t out of me and my car and I thought, why is he going to pull me over? Sure enough I watched him turn around in my rear view so I was just waiting for the blues. Well I passed the road I was supposed to turn down so I rounded a bend and saw a small turn out on the side of the road. So I pulled over and turned around then I waited because I knew the cop was going to be coming around the bend. Sure enough cops sees me stopped and throws on his blues.
Cop steps out of his car and even before he shuts his door he's like, "Licence and registration" I look at him and I'm like, "What?" (knowing what he said) He walks up to my car and he said it again. Now hes walking nose to tail looking at my car while I'm fishing for my reg. So I hand it to him and without anymore words he walked back to his cruiser.
So I'm sitting in my car getting pissed off that he had no reason to be HARASSING me. I go to school 2 nights a week and I'm getting my degree in Criminal Justice so I know that he's just being a dick. He walks back up and hands me my stuff and he's like, "I stopped you because you didn't signal when you pulled into the turn around." I looked at him in disgust and said, "Really?" (very sarcastically) he's like, "yup." Then he goes, "That's a really nice car for an '87. It's in really good shape." I replied, "I know." then I sped away.
WHAT A FRIGGEN DICK!
1st off, he didnt see me when I pulled into the turn-around, it was around a bend and I had to wait for him to make the bend before he saw me.
2nd, he drove by me and for no reason turned around. I could see when he was staring at me that he was going to stop me.
3rd and finally, my car is pretty legal. The exhaust is very much not illegal but I can keep it quiet and no one knows. I keep it clean and shiny so people stare at it. I have a Euro plate in the front which isn't illegal and my NH plate is also CLEARLY MOUNTED on my front bumper. He had no reason at all to harass me.
I'm going to make a formal complaint to the police department. I know it won't do a god damn thing for me but I have to do something. That really pisses me off. Luckily i was like 10 minutes early for the job interview, if I was late because of that I would have probably been getting a lawyer.
Ok, sorry, I'm really heated right now.
btw, didn't want that job and I'm taking another one in Nashua, Loudon is too far in the boonies.
