Not that I need to lose weight.. but it helps keep it off, literally 90% of my intake is water.
So during the day it'll be about;
7-8 glasses of water
0-1 hot chocolate (every other day)
0.5 glass of milk (cereal)
and then 5-10 beers over the course of the weekend (so an average of 1-1.5 a day).
Things like coffee, coke, even too much juice will add the calories up real quick. especially with how much sugar i've seen you put in your coffee
