                        Yeah they had pretty much all of south willow st blocked completely off. Exit 1 north and south was blocked off and all back roads leading to south willow st also closed to the public. I saw a run of 25 blacked out suv's all in a line, then followed by countless state troopers and so on....

                                        They stopped 101 too. There were still officers with barricades (not blocked though) at the end of the ramps at 730 when I went home from work.
