NH HID conversion laws

ok so i bought some HID's bi-xenon 35w and installed them and properly aimed with casper shields they do not blind at ALL

they are 3000k (yellow) so now i get pulled by the one and only dick Chris Carter pulls me over and i now have 72hrs warning lol....

i talked to him he said the bulb type I have is fine and it is legal to have in 4300k and 6000k (much brighter output)

I need some help researching this topic and DOT standards ect would really help i had no luck with google.

on a side not, i need to register a complaint on him, he was doing around 60 through a residential zone in rain to inform me of the issue with my headlights. how would i register this complaint.

every time i try to file a complaint with an officer. the higher ups that i file the complaint with always say "Ill have a word with him/her and if it happens again then you should file a complaint". ive been sworn at yelled at and all kinds of other stuff. Nothing ever seems to work when it comes to filing a complaint.

you cant change the color of your headlights. weather its blue, yellow, ect...you just cant do it. they'll get you everytime.

i wouldn't try to make a complaint unless you can prove that he was actually going that speed in a residential area, because then its your word against his and it makes things more complicated.

and... the prosecuters/judges/court people are buddy-buddy with police officers and the like. so if you do, good luck. fair? no, not really.

yeah they are lol but they are adjusted very well, and the car is lowered ive had a friend switch cars with me to make sure It didnt blind

im pretty sure its illegal to have any type of HID in reflector style headlights...i might as well drive around with my highs on all the time

no...02-03 maximas come stock with hid's..no projectors..along with a few newer toyota minivans and such...

im going head light and fog hids soon..... cant decide on the fogs yet.

headlights will be 6000k fogs will either be 3000k (yellow) or 6000k to match the headlights

yes i kno this will be super bright but **** it i wont be the one blinded
