The Service Manager has no previous service experience and is making some really stupid decisions, and this morning we got into an argument because I was 5 miutes late after changing, even though I was late because I gave a co worker a ride to work. I do not have my own bay at this point, I was kind of a floater, and at some points this morning I did not have a bay to work in. I can't pay bills without money, can't get money without hours, can't make hours without a bay. There are a lot of reasons, I am just finally fed up now.

i need the hell outta my spot...id love to work at a speed shop but dont forsee it. we're too full of techs where im at and theres not enough work..... it fucjking dumb... there arent even enough hours to go around.... and its like this everywhere..... people cant afford to even put gas in their car nevermind maintain/repair them....

you have any schooling? ase's? manufacturer credentials? i dont see u making $15/hr if all u did was brake jobs and #!#!#!#! like that
