i was there tonight. got damn cold after the sun went down, but the boosted/charged cars love the cold air. i saw moneyguy and his orange ram.

i was driving my stock accord. did 6 runs.
          my best was 1/4: 17.334 @ 79.95

not bad for stock i guess but now that i have an idea of what it does stock, i have to modd it now.

dont even bother modding the accord...unless you want to sink 15k into that car, it isnt worth it IMO

not trying to be an ass, but it would seem like a waste of money to mod an accord of that year. It would be a miracle to make it fast and reliable for any resonable price

EVOLVED: thats ok. i dont care what your opinion is. my car sucks ass. the more i drive it the more things i notice wrong with it. damn electrical issues. ive been looking into the mazda 6, subaru sti, srt-4. im sick of working on old cars and now i just want a nice newer car and build it from there. if i got a sti then i would be in heaven. srt-4's arent bad either but not sure if i wanna go to domestics instead of staying with imports. gotta love imports

                you'd be surprised.

h22a swap with bolt ones and a decent driver will get you into the high 13's

by bolts on i'm saying I/H/E, euro-r intake manifold, type S cams...

all of that could easily be done for under $5000

and keep in mind, 2 out of the 5 parts i just listed are factory OEM parts

(i dont know what year his accord is but if its a 90-97 theres a #!#!#!#! load of potential)

the other option is a DSM turbo set up. for under $2000 you could have it boosted and running mid 14's probably... with a respectable amount of boost (8-10 psi depedning on trim size of the turbo) and a good tune probably daily driven... theres been a few people on my accord boards who have run their DSM set ups for quite a bit of miles with no problems
