Sooo tonights meet was cool, lil offroading

But on the way home I had an interesting experiance...

I get on 3 south heading back to nashua, as soon as i get on 3 an 06ish 4dr accord in black all blacked out is next to me, with MA plates. We play back and forth till we hit the tolls. we get out of the tolls and start to pull on each other. I heard an intake but we were pretty even( subaru=fail ). im in the right lane and theres traffic coming so i slow down and get behind the accord. 2 seconds later he flashes under cover blues through hisback window?!?!. I was SOOOOOO confused. He didnt/couldnt pull me over, hes an out of stater obviously... so I slowed down and he took off doing atleast 90.

1. he was fully capable of pulling you over. unmarked cars are allowed to have out of state plates.

2. because he didnt, and he was driving an accord that new, and with an intake, im assuming he was just some dude who decided to illegally add the lights to his car.

yes but the thing is the cops can not initiate the race....you have to try to race tehm and they will go with it then u will c blues on right after

there are a few states in the us that use undercover cars, once confiscated, but i didn't think mass was one of them and i e-mailed my old teacher who was a mass statey for 20 years lol and he said the only undercover cars used in mass are the regular cars (crown vics, pimpalas, etc.)...lol i think he tried to trick you, cuz like nhaspentr said undercovers can do whatever they want pretty much anywhere.

Um, in nashua there used to be a blue undercover civic SI, There was an undercover cop in mass that had a damn Camry, So im pretty sure SOME will have accords
