35$ tint ticket... that's barely paying.
This is my third ticket this year on the same street down the road from my house . It just shows that they don't really car about your safety its just about the money. And my buddy was saying he thinks no plate is a moving violation . No bumpers would just be a inspection violation , so that could be another reason .
I have been pulled over 3 other times and no cop has said anything about needing bumpers only that there was no plate. You would think bumpers would be more important being a Hugh safety feature then the stupid plate.
He basically told me that if the car looks in good shape and not dangerous or falling apart they don't care. And to maybe fill in the holes for the bumper so it won't look so obvious that they were missing.
