Nashua/Manch Area Garage Split

I have been looking for some legit garage space (24/7 uninhibited (paint, welding, ect) for quite some time now. Most of the places I find that would be suitable are out of my price range. I figured if there are some people like me it might be possible to rent a larger space and split it up, seems like it could be a win/win. I also want to build a CNC router as well.

This is a super long shot but if I am going to find someone anywhere it would probably be here. This would be for hobby and fun not business I work fulltime.
