I paid $147 a month for a climate controlled storage unit in Merrimack....

Most barn/garage spots go for $75-$100 a month over the winter.

It's next to foxboro where the patriots play. It would be parked outside. My friend left his gt-4 celica parked outside at my place with a car cover and it was fine. Just giving you another option. Could also put the place into google maps and check it out.
