Hhmmm.... So is just like the years 98-2000 when they had a late 80's mustang, and the blue 99 civic si with the gold package on it. Good thing I don't drive like I used to, or drive thru Nashua often.
if hes trying to get you to race, wouldnt that be some sort of entrapment? either way, what color? if its blue if seen one with interior lights so that might explain it.
Racecar: 87 TII RX7: BNR Stage 4 turbo, RacingBeat REV turboback, RX7Store FMIC, RC 750cc P/S injectors, Apexi Power FC, Corksport AL Radiator, Corksport Turbo Intake Pipe, Corksport AFM adaptor, and Turbo XS RFL BOV DD: 04 WRX hybrid build underway, stay tuned I figured, "Ive already got a rotary, might as well go full retard!"
They avoid entrapment because they say you make the choice to speed.
My question is, if you fall for it and race, why aren't they getting charged with the same thing? Being a cop doesn't make it ok for them to race or speed. State law allows them to travel at 15 over the limit with lights and sirens when on a call, but that wouldn't be the case if they're running you.

Yup same here..
We have a few "under cover cars" down here. Such as a 93 Honda Civic Hatch built GSR with a Full Race Turbo Kit. A few Mustangs, and a New Camaro SS. They pulled into a meet one night and shot the #!#!#!#! with us, only reason they told us about it is because its mainly to catch people who drive through on Highway 17. Because its a high traffic area do to Bike week/Mustang week/Black Bike Week(ugh) and other stuff like that.
A 350fwhp civic will screw for sure and costs way less. I hate to say it on a forum like this cuz ill get #!#!#!#!, but my next build will be a extremely clean 2 door civic.
better have a hideaway plate too, ive run before, got away just to find another cop waiting at my house when i got home. didnt help that every cop in swanzey knew me and my car, vanity plates didnt help either lol

last time I knew u can't be pulled over by an unmarked cruiser/under cover cop/off duty cop, or you have the right to call for a real cop. So unless they race you past a real cop I wouldn't stop

There's a tons of unmarked cars out there. They've all got lights in them. An undercover/off duty cop is still a "real cop".
