    JDM bumper install tonight...

So, without going into crazy detail about why I need to install my JDM bumper on my Evo tonight so the body shop that fixed my car and painted the bumper will "fix" the little imperfections on the car tomorrow. My room mate was going to help me out but he is working until about 10 in NH. So I'm on my own.

Throwing this out there to see if anyone would be interested in lending a hand? I will throw in dinner and even provide beer if wanted (I don't drink), it would be an even bigger plus if you have experience removing body panels as I have never taken the rear bumper off my Evo.

Figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Thanks, mods, you can close this up and lock it after mid night.

haha i hope so also. ive seen some goofy looking back ends cuz the exhaust sticks out like a poor kid putting a giant tip on his car would do. JDM rear ftw. they are very nice.

id help if you had posted a day or 2 early. sorry

                Sorry guys,

I ended up getting REALLY busy at the end of the day yesterday. BUT I did get an unexpected call from a friend last night who had done it before. We managed to knock it out in just under two hours.

To answer the big question, NO, my exhaust is not made to fit...yet. So yes, it does look retarded, but hopefully tomorrow night I'm going to stop by my grandfathers and he is going to help me shorten it up with his amazing welding skills.

Not worthy to post pictures until said exhaust is fixed and looks perfect, but thank you two the guys who offered to come down. It's good to know that people would be willing to help out.

BTW, silver R, I think I may have seen you around once or twice. I have been out in the Milford area a bit lately, my buddy Jesse lives out there (has a blue STi with grey stripes, very noticeable), if you ever see me give me a wave. I am a former VeeDubber, and I still have lots of love for the R's.

EDIT: I always forget most of you guys are from NH, so I assume your in Milford NH, not MA, hense why your an hour drive from me instead of 15-20...I really need some caffeen.

I am on NASIOC. I took two really crappy pics with my phone last night, I'll upload them just to make a teaser, give me a few. And the STi I was talking about belongs to ZOMG.STI. I mostly post in the NESIC region on NASIOC

Crash bar, what crash bar? lol. Mines off waiting to be modified, though honestly, I'm not in any rush to remove the rear bumper again...
