Thanks for posting that Neal. Although it was cropped it definitely summarized the major points of the discussion, and it's refreshing to see that they'll be keeping a majority of the spending public.
Think of it like receiving your w-2--if you keep #!#!#!#!ty records and can't see where all your money went, it inevitably seems wasted.
