urgh...inspection time

hey guys,

would anyone happen to know where i could go to get a legit sticker for my car?...keep in mind i cant pass due to the fact that my exhaust is moderately loud.(greddy EVO 2).Thanks in advance

If the car wont pass then the sticker is not legit ....

What state are you from ?? Because as far as I know we don't have a exhaust law anymore . They just enforce the noise ordinance after 10pm instead . Which is a town ordinance and not a motor vehicle law .

the thing is, I brought the car to a shop in my area (boston) for the sticker and I Only need to pass safety this year..but the mechanic was an asshole and said that the car will pass,but with a stock muffler.So he didnt reject me,but wanted me to come back stock.

as for the exhaust, i'd reccomend going to the junkyard or something and finding a stock axleback for the sticker. i keep my stock part when i go on a trip or go for inspection time because its a lot less hassle.

If you can find another catback, it's well worth the hassle to swap exhausts over at sticker time...either that or get REALLY buddy-buddy with an inspection mechanic!
