Here's the details...

RallyX return on Valentines Day 2010 to Lyman Maine for CMC's first exclusively run RallyX event!
The event will be held on the lot on the other side of Old North Berwick Road (opposite the farm house). Parking will be in the Arena on the farmhouse side of the road for all participants and spectators.

This is a CMC hosted event discounts will be offered for NER and CMC members. Entry will be $35 for preregistration. $50 for day of.

From I95 North or South take Exit 32 to Biddeford. Turn right at the stop light after exiting the highway onto RT111 west toward Alfred/Sanford. Drive 5.5 miles and turn left at the stop light onto Rt35 south. Take Rt35 for 2 miles and just before a sharp down hill left turn, turn right onto Walker Road. Drive 1.5 miles down Walker road, turn left at Old North Berwick road. Drive 3/4 of a mile, the farm is on the left side of road, look white cape farm house and a large red barn surrounded by open fields. Parking will be marked out.

Also here is the course map and lot information



Course map is preliminary. The number and position of cones is subject to change dependent on snow conditions and amount Old North Berwick road is show at the bottom of the screen. The farm would be on the bottom of the screen as well.

In discussion at my meeting with the Cheneys, we decided on two official dates in February for events. February 14, and the 28th.
We will have pre-registration starting at the beginning of February, with Pre-reg'd folks paying $45 dollars. Day of event registration will be available for $65 dollars if space is still available.
Registration will open at 7am, with a driver's meeting at 8.30am and a hopeful first car on course at 9am.
We will be limiting the number of cars to 25, with a max of 3 drivers per car.
DOT Legal studded snow tires will be allowed. Spiked or non DOT studded tires are absolutely forbidden.
Tow straps shall be carried in every vehicle, with easy attachment to both front and rear required. Tow hooks are also great.
SCCA rallyx classing will be followed.

When you pre-register this will be non-refundable but transferable if the event is postponed.
If you register day of $50.

Cut off for pre-registration is post marked the Wednesday the 10th before the event!

We will be setting up from 6AM-Onward,

Gates will open 7:30AM

Registration/Tech Inspection 7:30AM TO 9:30AM
Registration Closes at 9:15AM

Drivers Meeting/Safety Brief 9:30AM TO 9:45AM

10:00AM~10:15AM Morning Runs

45min lunch around 12, Once everyone has had their first set of runs.

12:45~1:15PM Afternoon runs

Awards Sometime after 3:00PM Once the course is cleaned up.
