Back-UP plan for the Kanc Cruise (incase of bad weather)

Anyone have any ideas, since 200 of us will have off from work?

in case of bad weather...what should we all do or go?

id hate to see a day go to waste if there's rain and snow or ice or whatever.

My tires dont like 35 degree tarmac, let alone frosty conditions...

Ideas?
