Hey guys, once again thanks for coming down and having food.

I do need you to do me a favor though - please park on the street side of the parking lot, or our spots in front of our store, or off towards victorian.

Apparently the tailor at the end of the building was 'calling' all hours of the night last night to the landlord's wife complaining about the cars blocking his business, and the trash/cigarettes.

I went out this morning and got one Sammy cup and one Cherry coke bottle. And ~10 butts. Not necessarily all from you guys, there are butts ALL over the parking lot.
When we had full shows and what not, I went out at the end of the night to pickup any trash, but figured the shows are basically over due to dark nights and cold weather.

I basically told her that the shows are over, and the guys parked down that end were really just customers, and I can't tell customers where to park and can't tell them to not leave trash etc... she just told me that they are car show guys and I am responsible. Either way I see it, I am doing her a favor by cleaning up the lot since that's more the landlords thing than ours, but we help clean when we can.

And the cigarette butts... you know the pole in front of our door for those? Yeah, we bought that. Not a single other one, not even a can down the rest of the strip.
Oh well. All the smokers in the building use it, but they also just toss them if they aren't close to the pole. lol.

Anyway, you guys are still plenty welcome to come in on Mondays, or any day for that matter, but please park anywhere except in front of the tailor (who by the way stepped OVER both drink cups this morning to get in to his store, and didn't pick them up...)
What I don't get is why the landlord was calling me this morning, instead of last night so I could have gone outside and fixed it - because the tailor was calling while the cars were there...

Sucks though .... I'm sure it will not be a problem for us to oblige shouldn't be an issue.

I tried to explain it doesn't normally happen etc and she just kept going, I know you guys are wary of it so sometimes people forget, whatever.

so - next time get some bacon or fried ham in that cheesy melt... good times haha. seriously

I'm more interested in you guys just parking next to the road. I know there isn't a lot of places to sit so if you need to, grab some of the patio chairs if you guys need a trash bag too just let me know but you are all usually great at bringing trash in.
