vendor/coporate car load in is thurs/fri than local cars are fri night/sat morning.... generally..... well i guess this coudl get rained out.... pretty dumb idea

Vehicle: Load-in will take place between the hours of 2pm to 6pm one (1) day prior to the event date. Your gas tank must be at a 1/8 or less. Each registered car or truck will receive two (2) wristbands. Each registered bike will receive one (1). Saturday Load-in for HIN & Friday Load-in for RN is not suggested.

Vendor: Load-in will take place between the hours of 12noon to 6pm one (1) day prior to the event date. Saturday Load-in will take place at 12noon to 2pm. Keep in mind, since it's Saturday, support vehicles will not be allowed on the showfloor. All items must be carried in at that point. Load-out will take place once all general attendees have left the showfloor.

I had my Scion at HIN 2007. I never felt safe leaving my car alone, alot of shady people show up. And that was the year I witnessed someone try to steal a monitor out of a Lexus even with security standing nearby (he got caught but not before damaging a very expensive paint job in the process). Not safe by any means...

i need to get something to put around the car to keep people from touching and sitting in it..... i asked for friday off too so im gonna be able to go load in on friday afternoon.... i dunno if this is still gonna be at gillette.... HIN website said so for a while now it just says Boston with no location.....
