2016 Spring KancCruise for Make-A-Wish of NH

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED! PLEASE READ ALL BELOW!!!
    ....
Anyone tired of the snow yet? Ready to get the toys out of storage and dust them off for the first great ride of the season? Great! We are too! It’s that time of year again, it’s time for NEMotorSport.com’s bi-annual Kanc Cruise to benefit Make-A-Wish of NH!

    When: Sunday May 22nd, 2016 at 08:30

Where: We will meet at the NHTI parking lot (see interactive map below)

    Entry Fee: $25.00 per car

    Register at: http://nemotorsport.com/kanc

    Facebook event: https://www.facebook.com/events/208003676227099

The cruise will be held on Sunday May 22nd, 2016. We will meet at the parking lot at NHTI (see map below) at 08:30 to complete registrations. We will be rolling out at 10:00 (subject to change based on road conditions and route changes) but we ask all participants to arrive early to ensure a smooth registration process. This will help us keep the timeline on track. As always, you can expect this cruise to be an all day affair and we will be there rain or shine!

The registration process is the same as it was last time around, and all drivers who complete registration before May 4th will receive limited edition Kanc Cruise door decals and a t-shirt. We are currently working on other swag for the goody bags and will continue to add more and more stuff right up until the cruise!

So try to fix the rabbit or the forester?

Or DPF delete, exhaust and tune on the passat ?

Or suspension and wheels on the passat?

So many things and so little time and money to do it.
You ain't got no chance to beat it..like a man with no hands and a one inccchhhh .

Probably the only thing I'm going to have time and money for is to sticker bomb the sh*t out of my car before then.

The rabbit is probably the cheapest. If I just dump a junkyard motor in it.

Biggest issue with the rabbit is the transmission only does like 80-85mph . That's a long drive at 6k in 5th gear.

I know what you mean. My dad's old bug capped out at 75mph. Was pretty whiney/droney after 60. I don't mind driving 65 up the highway; you can follow me; and I'll play the "slow guy."

If you fix the forester dont put any of the old parts on it. Dont care if the pistons and crank are fine, everything is cursed

Hey everyone This is my first car I ever bought. I've had it for 13 years now and this is its third motor. I bought a 2004 1.8t gti with 70k miles on it and pulled all the wires from the headlights to the taillights out of it and put it in this mk1 along with the engine and transmission...

                    Do it...

                            2) plug and play harness for $400 makes wiring easy/clean
                            3) VR is heavy

I want this mk1 1.8t swap project bad, wife and other projects are in the way :/

Cheap ebay k04 or gt28 would be a blast.

Will there be decals available? Got my "sticker bomb" kit in the mail today and I'm thinking I'm going to have to relocate the decal I already have. Need a spot for a Baby on Board sticker of course.
