Meet up Idea(Benefits Paul Walker Charity)

So I had this idea to kinda pay tribute to Paul Walker since its hit all of us in the community really hard. Anyone be interested in running a meet at maybe like the Milford Drive in, show some of the F&F movies and make it a car meet. All proceeds going to his Charity of course.

Just need to make them think its worth there wild. Most businesses are in it to make money.

The problem is they don't just have every movie available in a back room. You have to rent the movie and you can't just run down to blockbuster and grab the CD..lol

Yeah I get that lol but this would probably have to be a few hundred cars type of thing to make them break their normal movie schedule for a night. I also think they still use reels so im not sure how easy it would be to get a copy. They have been talking about going digital for a while but im not sure even if that is the case that a normal DVD is what they use (though I could be wrong).

With that said I think it would be an awesome/fun thing!

that's what I ment. They rent the movies from a supplier, the reel to reels. So we would need to come up with that money probably.

Jess worked for Regal for quite a while and its the same thing at the theaters, they rent the movies . She used to know.the manager at the hooksett one which is.where I was thinking because they play old movies and they're only $4.50 each. Unfortunately just recently she was fired.

All drive ins were forced to go digital recently so I believe they have to be on digital at this point

You still have to get it from a supplier for that type of projection equipment. We can't just lend them our blu-rays.
I've got a couple messages floating around to some of my previous movie theatre managers, and 2 of my old projector techs.
