How many burgers and dogs should I get.this.time?

I believe last time I got 80 and 80? Maybe just 40 and 40?

Or should I do 80 and 40? We should be eating twice this time , lunch and dinner. So maybe 80+80 again?

I would think 40 and 40 would be enough. For the number of RSVPs (18) that would give each person 2 of each burgers and dogs. I will have extra dogs as well.

I know I am late to chime in but I'm just looking over how we have organized other parties in the past and would like to note to everyone who is coming that it makes for an easier gathering if folks are willing to chip in a bring a dish or something to share. Then there is guaranteed to be more than enough food. Here is the list we usually publish and anyone who would like to contribute to an item just say so and we can keep track of what's covered and what we still need to get.

Side Dish
Chili
Chips /Snacks
Chip Dip
Veggies & Dip
Crackers & Cheese
Sauces (BBQ)
Sauces (Ketchup - Mustard)

It may, I have yet to check it. I went and grabbed my mixers (my old one , again for some reason the plug to that one is also missing :juggs: ) from storage the other day. Going to test everything out tomorrow . Worst case we can use the speakers just like we did for the cruise .

I forgot the hot dogs come in a pack of 80 ...

So I have :

20 lbs of potato salad
80 hot dogs and buns
40 burgers and rolls
Sliced chicken and ham for cold sandwiches
20 more rolls for that

2 ketchup /1mustard / 1relish
72 slices of cheese


The rest is on you all ..lol

Mixer is good to go, wish I would have set it up earlier so I could pratice and try to put a set together . It's been so long since I have listened to them I barely remember what I have.
