Just a FYI , I had 20+ cars show up on Friday and more were on the way. Would have been nice to know the show was cancelled. Luckily we had enough of are own people to make it kind of worth the trip.

Doesn't the show not start until 5:30pm ? If you left at 5 it would be nice to send out an email that there is no show . I could have stopped people from wasting time and gas. Most people I know don't show up until 6 or later. I tell everyone(hundreds of people on my forum and facebook) about this show and how good it is. But multiple times I have gotten people to show up, only to find its been canceled and there was no notice. It makes it hard for me to tell people

Thank you for hosting the show I know its not easy . I just think some more communication through the email list would be appreciated by all.

thanks for the heads up.the show starts at 5:00 pm.its listed on flyers at 5:30 but whips wheels has it at 5:00 pm. some times i can't get to a computer even if i cancel the show at 5:00 pm i would not get home until 5:30 or later. the show is not my first prioity when i get home. .i usually go by the guys that are there starting at 4-4:30 .if the diehards don't show very few people will,as a rule.will do better on comunication next year. thanks again brian

The whole middle/end of the lot is still Daytona Beach, hopefully they handle that soon.

HERE WE GO FOR THIS YEAR. I WILL TRY TO GET MORE INFO OUT ON A TIMELY BASIS .IF I HAVE YOUR EMAIL YOU SHOULD GET A MESSAGE FROM ME ABOUT THE SHOW. WEATHER PERMITTING I WILL START MAY 2ND AROUND 5:00 PM. ON A REGULAR WEEK I'LL START AT 5:15 TO 5:30 .I'LL BE COMING FROM WORK IN MOST CASES. ON MAY 2ND I'M ON VACATION AND SHOULD START EARLY.I WILL TRY TO DO A 50-50 RAFFLE AT THE CANOPY ONLY. THE GROUP WE WILL BE SUPPORTING IS UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME.. I WILL BE TAKING SUGGESTIONS..I MIGHT TRY A SCRATCH TICKET RAFFLE BUT WAIT FOR THIS FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS .I'M ALWAYS LOOKING FOR HELP TO SET UP AND TAKE DOWN. IF POSSIBLE CARRY SOME OF THE STUFF. (.CONES MAINLY AND A CANOPY)IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE US SELL DRINKS, THEN SOMEBODY ELSE WILL HAVE TO GET INVOLVED.I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO GET AN ICE CREAM TRUCK,VENDOR SET UP .LAST YEAR WE RAN ABOUT 175 TO 250 CARS FOR THE MOST PART.I THINK WE WILL BE ABOUT THE SAME AS THE ECONOMY HAS NOT CHANGED IN OUR FAVOR, AND WE HAVE A COUPLE OTHER SHOWS FRIDAY NIGHTS ALSO .I'LL TRY TO GET SOME FLYERS OUT AND HAVE A FEW AT THE SHOW THAT YOU COULD HANG UP FOR US.
