We know how it works... It's "how" it works..lol

All you said was it advances the cam timing... That's not explaining how it works, that's what it does. We know what it does, we were trying to fully understand how it's accomplished.

The biggest issue was we were watching videos and not able to hear what they were saying . So there was small parts of the video that didn't make sense. Biggest issue was how the plunger engages at the same speed. From the images it looked like it fully disengaged from the helical gear, also looked like it was off the front of the cam itself. When in fact I believe it never fully disengages and it rides "on" the camshaft . Which makes more sense , we pretty much had it figured out before we left.
