So should we have a pre party setup this weekend? We can get stuff set up, the canopy/picnic tables, do we need to get some mowing done, grade the road, make sure water and electrical is working, clear paths to the out houses .

Just tossing out ideas, I know it looked like a Iowa corn farm when I was up last...lol

LOL we hayed so the fields are cut - I will be grading the road this week
We will need to put up the tents but I will likely do that the night before or that morning. But yea we could get together early and chk everything or even come up on Friday who ever wants to not rush up Sat morning, make it a weekend.

I know in the MR2 world, we have build meets all the time. Bunch of us get together for however long and get work done. Pretty awesome to do. Have a bunch of heads together and the hands to do it. Finish up multiple projects in a weekend

That would be fun. We did that on the datsun many nights after work at the shop. It likely still wouldnt be done

So yesterday I checked prices on food at BJs and called Shawn. All BJs had was high quality burgers and dogs so it was all twice as much I couldnt find any bulk stuff like he did. So hell grab that stuff.
