Last time I got there at 630 or so there was almost 2 full empty rows .

Not really, that's only on the initial registration but I always do it and say I thought I had 10 days . But its 10 from the day you register it not just 10 days into the next month. Most cops will fall for it , but if you registered it 2 weeks ago they may not buy it..lol.
