Now they will know why they are afraid of the dark. Now they will learn why they fear the night.

I went in to target a month ago and they said the cruise night wasn't going to happen because we were taking away parking spaces for the resturant next door. whats it the 99 or something? yeah target was great.

If that's the reason, it's not a great one. If you've ever been to the target meets/live around the area, you know the Texas Roadhouse is on the opposite end of the lot as the Target.

Yes, the Roadhouse does pretty well, business wise, but it's not like the meet is in a small parking lot. I could see if there were something like 500 cars per meet, but there wasn't. It was a good amount of cars, but I doubt they ever ran out of spots for customers to park. I would think having all those extra people in the lot might actually benefit the surrounding companies, since it brings more eyes to their signs and such. Aka, free advertising.

Have you ever been ? Lol. 250 at least every Friday and they took up the whole end of he lot from the corner over to Texas roadhouse . I was just at Texas roadhouse last night and the cars were parked all the way into where the meet was. And that was just a Thursday night , Friday would be worse. 4 rows over from the road house were pretty full.

You have to remember its not the cars that park "in" the show . It's all the people coming to look at the cars that are parking outside the blocked off area that are taking away from the other shops.

I bet they compared there profits on Friday's the year before(w/cruise night) and then last year(w/o cruise night) and saw a large increase so they complained to Target . I'm sure there are a lot of people that have no interest in cars that complained there was never enough parking on Friday nights .

That is a good point about the guest's cars being there as well. And yes I have been before haha. I knew there were about 200-300 on nights, I just didn't remember the cars in the show being so far over, that it would really intrude the parking for roadhouse. But if they did compare the fridays and saw a drastic change (for the worse), then I don't blame them.

I definitely remember there being a couple 500 car nights . If I remember correctly thy rope off at the island closest to TRH. And just want to make it clear I'm just guessing that's what TRH did, since the cruise nite has been going on for years . Seems odd that now they have a issue with it or maybe management changed or something. Hard to say.
