Admission: $10 per car showing, spectators free
Your admission gets you a free ticket for raffle prizes as well.

Vendors:
All forum vendors are welcome to attend and set up booths. All we ask is that you make a donation to Make A Wish through
of your choosing. This can be done as a monetary donation or by providing raffle items.
If you would like to attend as a vendor please PM me to be added to the list.
Vendor Booths:
- Motostar Performance Tires
DJ:
Will be present, playing a mix of all types of music
Food:
-Take out will be available through Silver Maple chinese restaurant on site starting at 11:30am.
-Lonnie's Dawgs concession trailer will be in attendance. He sells burgers, dogs, fries, fried potato on a stick, snocones and drinks. He will be donating 20% of all sales to Make A Wish through us. ***
Raffles:
Tickets can be purchased for raffle prizes. Tickets will be $5 each or 6 for $20. *** 100% of proceeds goes to Make A Wish ***
50/50 Raffle - Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5
*** 1/2 cash to winner, 1/2 cash to Make A Wish ***
- Speedway Car Wash and Detailing has donated a Full Detail Coupon as a raffle prize. $280 value!
- www.buyHIDs.com has donated a Single Beam HID Kit of your choice. $79 value!
- The Homestead Restaurant; $50 Gift Certificate
- Buckley's Restaurant; TWO $50 Gift Certificates
- Tractor Supply Co; bag of black oil sunflower seed bird seed
- James and Sons Automotive; (2) $25 Gift Certificates towards labor
Show Judging:
Cars will be judged in classes. Domestic, Asian, Euro, Hot Rod, Muscle, and Special Interest.
Judges will be made up of a panel of Make A Wish families/kids and Make A Wish workers/volunteers. Prizes or trophies will be awarded to the top 2 cars in each class. Awards ceremony starts at 2:30pm.
Bathroom:
Will be available at Silver Maple chinese restaurant starting at 11am.
Volunteers:
Are NEEDED!! We will need help roping off the lot, setting up, taking admission, parking cars, collecting donations, selling raffle tickets, breaking down, and cleaning up!
Cars:
Limited to around 200-250 vehicles. There needs to be room for spectator parking as well!
